Whereas, by Resolution 41/2022 of 4 November, the Plenary of the Constitutional Court, in compliance with the provisions of Article 179(9) of the Constitution of the Republic of Angola, approved the retirement of the Vice-President, Justice Guilhermina Contreiras da Costa Prata;
Bearing in mind that the retired Vice-President informed this Court that she will hold public office incompatible with her status, and therefore requested, on 320 de Janeiro de 2023, the suspension of her retirement.
