In issue 19 of the Constitutional Court Newsletter, for the month of October, we highlight the opinion piece that concludes the series of four articles on the effects of decisions of the Constitutional Court in concrete review, which has been published since July.
It was an excellent exercise in citizenship, which has certainly helped, and will continue to help, reflection on and understanding of the subject.
On behalf of the working team, we would therefore like to thank Dr Adozindo da Conceição for these four months of collaboration, while looking forward to further reflections on other subjects in this profound and fascinating world of Law.
And because we are in October, the month dedicated to reflection on and awareness of Breast Cancer, we would also like to highlight, in our section Voz da Cultura (Voice of Culture), the poem by our esteemed colleague Sílvio do Nascimento.
