The President of the Constitutional Court, Justice Laurinda Prazeres Monteiro Cardoso, received in audience, on the afternoon of Monday, 13 November 2023, a delegation from the Brazilian Institute of Family Law (IBDFAM), at the premises of the Constitutional Court.

During the meeting, which was also attended by the Vice-President, Justice Victória Izata, and Justice Gilberto Magalhães, the Brazilian delegation, made up of lawyers, judges, appellate judges (desembargadores) and psychologists, was briefed on the powers of the Constitutional Court and the other tasks it performs.

The IBDFAM officials, who are in our country to take part in the Congresso Internacional do Direito da Família (International Congress on Family Law) in Angola, made an extended visit to several of the departments that make up the Constitutional Court, receiving explanations from the heads of those areas on that occasion.
