The Manual de Direito Processual Constitucional (Manual of Constitutional Procedural Law), “Princípios Doutrinários e Procedimentais sobre as Garantias Constitucionais” (Doctrinal and Procedural Principles on Constitutional Guarantees), by Adlezio Agostinho, brings to the legal world a critical perspective on constitutional procedure, seeking to provide legal practitioners and other interested parties with answers to the main questions concerning constitutional justice.
Ahead of the launch, scheduled for 24 November 2023 at the Maria do Carmo Medina Auditorium of the Faculty of Law of Agostinho Neto University, in Luanda, the author of the work went to the Palace of Justice to present a copy to the President of the Constitutional Court, Justice Laurinda Prazeres Monteiro Cardoso.
