The President (Bastonário) of the Angolan Bar Association (OAA), Dr José Luís Domingos, was received in audience by the President of the Constitutional Court, Justice Laurinda Prazeres Monteiro Cardoso, on the morning of Monday, 16 December 2024.

The meeting, requested by the Bastonário, was also attended by the Vice-President of the Constitutional Court, Justice Vitória Manuel da Silva Izata, and by Justice Carlos Burity da Silva.

Among the matters discussed, particular mention should be made of those relating to specialised training for lawyers in constitutional justice, the promotion of a constitutional legal culture and the improvement of procedural practice.

The Vice-President of the National Council of the Angolan Bar Association, Benja Satula, and OAA Councillors Mireles dos Santos, Ana Tito and Nolasko Ventiar also took part in the meeting.
