The Minister of State and Head of the Civil Affairs Office of the President of the Republic, Dionísio Manuel da Fonseca, visited the Gallery of Angolan Constitutionalism on the morning of Thursday, 4 December 2025.
After touring the exhibition space, the Minister of State underlined the importance of the Gallery for preserving institutional memory and for deepening knowledge of the consolidation of the democratic State based on the rule of law in Angola.
In the visitors' book, Dionísio Manuel da Fonseca wrote that the Gallery represents a contribution to the Nation and to all those who devote themselves to the study and understanding of Angolan constitutionalism.
Before the visit, the Minister of State was received in audience by the President of the Constitutional Court, Justice Laurinda Prazeres.
