On Thursday, 4 December, the Plenary of the Constitutional Court concluded the last Plenary Session of 2025.
At the session, which began on the 2nd of this month, the Justices considered a total of 11 cases on jurisdictional matters, as well as various matters of a non-jurisdictional nature.
On the occasion, Justice Carlos Burity presented the members of the Plenary with a copy of his latest academic work, which is to be launched shortly.
The work, entitled “Dicionario Jurídico, Direito Civil, Processo Civil, Organização Judiciária” (Legal Dictionary: Civil Law, Civil Procedure, Judicial Organisation), was co-authored with Ana Prata.
