The Constitutional Court has the painful duty of announcing, with deep sorrow, the death of Justice Vitorino Domingos Hossi, which occurred this Wednesday, 19 August 2026, in Luanda.
In the face of so painful and irreparable a loss, which has plunged the Constitutional Court into mourning, the President of the Constitutional Court, Justice Laurinda Jacinto Prazeres, has set up a Committee for the Coordination and Monitoring of the Funeral Rites to oversee and prepare, in liaison with the family, the funeral rites of the late Justice.
The Constitutional Court bows, with deep respect, before the memory of Vitorino Domingos Hossi, whose dedication to Justice and to the Angolan constitutional cause will remain part of the legacy of this Institution.
Further information on the funeral rites will be provided in due course.
