The Parliamentary Group of the CASA-CE coalition sought subsequent review of the constitutionality of Presidential Decree No. 48/11, which created the Oil Fund, and of the decrees amending it, alleging encroachment on the National Assembly's reserved legislative competence. The Court did not declare the decrees unconstitutional, finding that the President of the Republic had exercised his own competence as holder of Executive Power, without breaching the principle of separation of powers.
