A foreign worker lodged an extraordinary appeal on grounds of unconstitutionality against a Supreme Court judgment which, in a dispute over dismissal without just cause, altered the compensation set at first instance. He alleged breach of the right to fair compensation, lack of reasoning and a ruling beyond the claim. The Court dismissed the appeal, holding that the Supreme Court could apply different legal reasoning to the same facts and that Article 76(4) of the Constitution had not been breached.
