Star Park, S.A. lodged an extraordinary appeal on grounds of unconstitutionality against a Supreme Court judgment dismissing its interlocutory appeal (agravo). During the proceedings, the appellant asked for the case to be closed, stating that its subject matter had disappeared after the concession rights for car parks on Luanda's Marginal da Baía were redeemed in the public interest. The Court declared the proceedings moot without examining the merits.
