The appellant lodged an extraordinary appeal on grounds of unconstitutionality against a Supreme Court judgment upholding an order that she return to Organizações Ribral, Lda. possession of a concrete slab on a terrace, invoking the rights to housing, quality of life and private property and the planning principle.
