The company Agroway, Limitada appealed against the Supreme Court judgment revoking the preventive attachment of an alleged debtor's assets because the credit had not been proven, invoking legality, effective judicial protection, fair trial and the right to property. The Court dismissed the appeal, holding that it could not reassess the evaluation of evidence and that, as the credit had not been proven, neither the right to property nor the other principles invoked had been infringed.
