A worker lodged an extraordinary appeal on grounds of unconstitutionality against a judgment of the Labour Chamber of the Supreme Court upholding the disciplinary procedure that led to her dismissal, alleging formal irregularities, lack of just cause and failure to rule, in breach of legality, the adversarial principle and the right to work. The Court dismissed the appeal, as the disciplinary notice complied with the General Labour Law and her right of defence had been ensured.
