The appellant brought an extraordinary appeal on grounds of unconstitutionality against a Supreme Court judgment upholding his conviction, alleging breach of the principle of equality, because a co-defendant had become a witness, and of the privilege against self-incrimination, because his challenge to the authenticity of a document he had signed was rejected. The Court dismissed the appeal, finding no discriminatory treatment and that the document had been signed freely, without coercion, and was not the sole basis of the conviction.
