Neotrânsitos-Transitários, Lda. appealed against the Supreme Court judgment upholding an order that it compensate Munditer Angola-Medicamentos e Equipamentos Médicos, Lda. for the loss of containerised goods, alleging breaches of the adversarial principle, equality and the liability of the State. The Court dismissed the appeal because no act or omission of the customs services giving rise to State liability had been shown, nor any breach of the principles invoked.
