Several workers lodged an extraordinary appeal on grounds of unconstitutionality against a Supreme Court Labour Chamber judgment upholding the first-instance decision in a labour dispute. Although notified to file submissions, and later given extra time, they filed none, and their notice of appeal contained no usable grounds. The Court declared the appeal abandoned and the proceedings closed, as it could not take the appellants' place in discharging the burden of stating the grounds of their claim.
