An employee lodged an extraordinary appeal on grounds of unconstitutionality against a judgment of the Labour Chamber of the Supreme Court rejecting his claims to be classed as a senior technician and assigned a salary level, alleging disregard of evidence and breach of a fair trial and of the principle of party disposition. The Court dismissed the appeal because the judgment was reasoned in fact and law and it was not for the Court to reassess freely evaluated evidence.
