Several employees lodged an extraordinary appeal on grounds of unconstitutionality against a judgment of the Labour Chamber of the Supreme Court in a claim for employment credits against Tuboscope Vetco-Capital Limited – Angola Branch, invoking the right to a fair trial. The Court allowed the appeal and remitted the case, because the Supreme Court had addressed only the waiver of the credits, without ruling on limitation, shift allowances, overtime or the employees not covered by the termination agreements.
