The appellant, who in 2016 had been removed from his post as public defender at the Northern Region Military Court and placed on inactive status, lodged an extraordinary appeal on grounds of unconstitutionality against the judgment of the Plenary and Appeal Court of the Supreme Court declining to hear his appeal for lack of subject matter. The Court dismissed the appeal because his submissions did not meet the legal requirements despite repeated invitations to correct them, and the judgment did not breach constitutional principles, rights or guarantees.
