Two citizens sentenced to 26 and 16 years for aggravated homicides appealed against the Supreme Court judgment upholding their convictions, alleging the territorial incompetence of the judge of guarantees, errors in evaluating evidence, rejection of an appeal without an invitation to correct it, and breaches of the presumption of innocence and full defence.
