The appellant brought an extraordinary appeal on grounds of unconstitutionality against a judgment of the Supreme Court's Full Court and Appeals Division upholding a plea of lis pendens in his action for damages he attributed to his dismissal from office, invoking access to justice, effective judicial protection and proportionality.
