On Monday, 13 June 2022, the President of the Constitutional Court, Justice Laurinda Monteiro Cardoso, received from the President of the National Electoral Commission (CNE), Manuel Pereira da Silva, the Computerised File of Adult Citizens (FICM), a device containing the final data on citizens of voting age.
With the receipt of the FICM, the Constitutional Court now has all the necessary conditions in place to examine the candidacies submitted by Political Parties and Coalitions of Political Parties.
