PRA-JA SERVIR ANGOLA was admitted as a political party by the Constitutional Court on 7 October 2024, thereby becoming the thirteenth political formation with valid registration and, accordingly, being entitled to take part in electoral processes and to pursue the other public purposes reserved for political parties.
According to the order of legalisation, the Constitutional Court received from the proponents the documents required for its registration as a political party, namely the statutes, the programme and the identification details, as well as the minimum number of signatures of applicant citizens, in accordance with the Political Parties Law.
There are currently 13 legalised political parties in Angola, namely MPLA, UNITA, FNLA, PRS, PDP-ANA, PADDA-AP, PALMA -NOVA ANGOLA, PNSA, PPA, BD, PHA, CIDADANIA and PRA-JA SERVIR ANGOLA.
