On Wednesday, 17 July 2024, the students taking part in the Constitutional Court's internship programme received instruction during a training programme on Constitutional Procedural Law organised by the Technical Advisory and Case Law Office.

During the training session, delivered by Artur Torres, a senior staff member of this superior court, various subjects were covered, notably forms of unconstitutionality, concrete review and abstract subsequent review, as well as proceedings relating to Political Parties and Coalitions of Political Parties, among others.

Internships at the Constitutional Court are governed by Resolution No. 2/24 of 9 August, which lays down the applicable rules.
