The visitor was José Norberto Carrilho, Justice of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Mozambique who, taking advantage of his stay in Angola, visited the Constitutional Court of Angola this Monday, 14 October 2024, where he received from the President of the Constitutional Court, Justice Laurinda Prazeres Monteiro Cardoso, information on the powers, functioning and other responsibilities of this Superior Court in the light of the Angolan legal order.

José Norberto Carrilho was a Justice of the Constitutional Council of the Indian Ocean country from 2009 to 2014 and is currently President of the Labour Section of the Supreme Court of Mozambique, an institution of which he was Vice-President from 1988 to 1999.

Justices Carlos Teixeira, Burity da Silva, Josefa Neto, Vitorino Hossi and João Paulino also took part in the meeting.
