Brasília, capital of the Federative Republic of Brazil, will be the host city of the 12th Congresso Internacional de Direito da Lusofonia (International Congress on Law in the Lusophone World), which will be held in 2026.
The announcement was made by the President of the Superior Military Court of Brazil, Justice Maria Elisabeth Rocha, and by the Coordinator of the Lusophone Law Research Network (REDIL), Mário Monte, at the close of the proceedings of the 11th Congress, held in Luanda, Angola, from 13 to 16 May 2025.
