On Monday, 23 February 2026, the Plenary of the Court held an Ordinary Plenary Session in the City of Lubango, Huíla Province, at which five cases were examined: one of abstract subsequent review and four extraordinary appeals on grounds of unconstitutionality.
All 11 Justices of the Court attended the session, as well as the representative of the Public Prosecution Service, Luís de Assunção Mouta Liz.
