A delegation from the Angolan Electoral Observatory (OBEA) was received in audience this Wednesday, 6 July 2022, by the President of the Constitutional Court, Justice Laurinda Cardoso.
During the audience, the OBEA mission, headed by the Archbishop of Lubango, Dom Gabriel Mbilingi, was briefed on the tasks carried out by the Constitutional Court within the scope of its powers relating to the Angolan Electoral Process.
